Jamal Blackman has joined Vitesse on loan from Chelsea for the rest of the season.

The 25-year-old goalkeeper is recovering from a knee injury but will start training with the Dutch side once his rehabilitation is complete.

“After all, the jump to the Chelsea first team is too big at the moment and it is impossible for Jamal to join the youth academy. And so, thanks to the good relationship with Chelsea, we can offer him a solution.”
